A valid ticket grants one person admission to PROOF \<conference\> on the date, at the time, and at the location indicated on the event page and/or ticket.
The purchaser is responsible for providing accurate information when purchasing a ticket.
The Organiser may refuse admission where a ticket is invalid, duplicated, fraudulently obtained, or has already been used.

## 4. Cancellation by the Purchaser and Right of Withdrawal
Unless otherwise stated on the ticket sales page, tickets are non-refundable if the purchaser decides not to attend the event.
In accordance with Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, as implemented in Lithuanian law, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply to this purchase, because the ticket relates to a leisure activity provided on a specific date (September 27, 2026).
Where applicable under mandatory consumer law, the purchaser retains any rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited by these Terms and Conditions.
## 5. Event Cancellation
If the Organiser cancels the event and the event is not rescheduled, the purchaser will be entitled to a refund of the ticket price paid.
Unless required by applicable law, the Organiser is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by the purchaser, including travel, accommodation, meals, or other personal expenses.
## 6. Event Postponement or Rescheduling
If the event is postponed or rescheduled, the Organiser will inform ticket holders using the contact details provided during the purchase.
The Organiser will communicate the options available to ticket holders, including any refund rights required by applicable law.
## 7. Changes to the Event
The Organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event programme, schedule, speakers, content, or venue where necessary.
Such changes do not automatically entitle the purchaser to a refund, unless the change materially alters the nature of the event or a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.
## 8. Admission and Conduct
Participants must behave in a respectful and safe manner.
The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove a participant whose behaviour is dangerous, abusive, disruptive, discriminatory, unlawful, or seriously interferes with the event or the safety and enjoyment of others.
In such circumstances, no refund may be provided, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
## 9. Photography and Recording
Photography and video recording may take place during the event.
Where images or recordings may identify individual participants and are intended for promotional or commercial use, the Organiser will process such personal data in accordance with the applicable Privacy Notice and data protection law.
Participants who have concerns about being photographed or recorded may contact the Organiser at proofconference.pacifier013@passmail.net.
## 10. Personal Data
Personal data provided during the ticket purchase process will be processed for purposes including:
- processing and managing ticket purchases;
- communicating essential information about the event;
- managing admission and attendance;
- complying with legal and accounting obligations.
Further information about how personal data is collected, used, stored, and protected is available in the Organiser's Privacy Notice.
Marketing communications will only be sent where there is an appropriate legal basis to do so.
## 11. Liability
The Organiser will take reasonable measures to organise and operate the event safely.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Participants remain responsible for their personal belongings and for making their own travel and accommodation arrangements.
## 12. Force Majeure
The Organiser will not be responsible for failure or delay in performing obligations caused by circumstances beyond the Organiser's reasonable control, subject to the purchaser's mandatory rights under applicable law.
Such circumstances may include severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, major transport disruption, venue closure, or other comparable events beyond the Organiser's reasonable control.
## 13. Complaints and Contact
Questions or complaints relating to ticket purchases or the event may be sent to:
Marius Farashi
Email: proofconference.pacifier013@passmail.net
The Organiser will make reasonable efforts to respond and resolve complaints promptly.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under Lithuanian or European Union law.
## 14. Governing Law

Any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable Lithuanian and European Union law remain unaffected.
## 15. Acceptance of These Terms
