Payment card details may be processed directly by the payment service provider and may not be accessible to the Organiser.

- protect the security and legitimate operation of the event.

## The Event Websites

The event website (proofconference.com) does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking technologies. Fonts and other assets are served directly from the website. The embedded venue map is loaded from OpenStreetMap; loading it transmits your IP address to OpenStreetMap's servers, subject to the OSM Foundation privacy policy.

The ticket shop (tickets.proofconference.com) is operated with the open-source Be-Bop sales toolbox; data collected during checkout is processed as described above.

This Privacy Notice may be updated when necessary. The latest version will be made available through the event website or ticket sales page.
